Founded in 1958 the Comev Spa boasts the widest range of conventional parallel and CNC lathes on the market.

The Company has: over 40 employees; premises of 7,000 square metres, 5,000 of which are covered; production area 3,500 square metres, warehouse area 1,500; machines manufactured to date 10,000.

The Comev spa facility is located in Tuscany, spanning the provinces of Arezzo, Florence and Siena. Founded by 13 partners in 1958, it has made mechanical tradition part of the company’s fundamental expertise in order to compete in a market dominated by northern companies. Since many manufacturers in the conventional lathe industry have unfortunately exited the market, Comev is now the only Italian manufacturer of conventional lathes with a wide and comprehensive range of models.

Component design, development and construction, assembly and direct servicing of machines are the essential aspects of the company, which, in addition to building the machines, assists them directly in Italy and overseas, on all their components.
